We all have different needs so it's important to find activities that bring you joy and support your mental, physical, and emotional well -being. Today's societal climate is one that does not place much value on self-care. Because of this, we have to be disciplined when it comes to scheduling time to check in with ourselves.

When we think of self-care, often we think about going to the salon, getting a mani-pedi, or indulging in a massage. While these are great forms of self-care, they can be difficult to take part in on a consistent basis. This is why creating a self-care routine is so important.
